Product non-goals

They do not claim to:

• replace keyword research or editorial judgment;
• create a commercial bundle that does not exist;
• make the two plugins identical in capability or compatibility;
• guarantee rankings, indexing, or crawl-budget outcomes;
• prove runtime behavior on every live site from documentation alone.

Governance non-goals

The governance layer does not claim to:

• force crawler obedience;
• prove hard enforcement;
• prove runtime state;
• replace direct validation on a real site;
• convert intent signals into guarantees.
